Aryan Pandey, 3 years old (id: 36.)

Aryan only 3 and half years old, but he has to start his study in a ’play-school’ because it gives a chance for him to attend a better school later.

Aryan lives in a three-membered poor family in Varanasi. His father has no permanent job, the whole income of the family is less than 1000 rupee (15 EUR) per month.

I have a sponsor! :-)

Janki only 3 and half years old, but he has to start his study in a ’play-school’ because it gives a chance for him to attend a better school latter.

 I have a sponsor! :-)

Shalu Uphadyay, 9 years old (id: 38.)

Shalu’s family is five-membered, and she lives in very bad conditions. Her father has only temporary jobs. The whole income of the family is around 2000 – 2500 rupee (30 - 37 EUR) per month.

Her family is very committed to studying so that’s why Shalu’s brothers still can attend school despite their being are 15 and 16 years old. Unfortunately her parents hadn’t enough remaining money for Shalu’s education, so she can attend only to the second class now if she find supporter.

I have a sponsor! :-)

Anita Rathaur, 11 years old (id: 39.)

Anita lives in an six-membered poor family. Her father works in a silk-weaver workshop and the whole income of the family is around 2000 - 2500 rupee (30 - 37 EUR).

Anita is in the 6th year in the school. She is very good student, but because of her family’s financial situation (they can’t pay the cost of the school) she will have to stop her studies soon.

Pooja Patel, 12 years old (id: 40.)

Pooja lives in an twenty-membered (!) very poor joint family. The total income of the whole family is only 4000 rupee (60 EUR). Pooja father partly works as a  farmer and partly works as a weaver.

Pooja is very good student (last year she has the best exam result in her class). She is in the 7th class, but unfortunately her family’s financial situation doesn’t allow her to continue school so she needs a sponsor.
